At Spaxzyte, we are forward-thinking Architects and Technovators who believe that for most developing cities,
the data gap—especially spatial data—is the first thing that needs to be tackled.
We believe that with Industry 4.0 every physical space problem and its solutions can be simulated. Much like
the sister use-case of world models for robotics, we believe that urban problem solving in developing cities
can benefit from this level of physical simulation.
Spaxzyte intends to address the missing gap of spatial information regarding the form/nature of streets and
neighbourhoods beyond the two-dimensional satellite imagery currently available. We intend to carry out drone
scans of the entire GKMA. With that drone imagery we shall create gaussian splat bubble spaces such as the
initial prototype of the National ICT Innovation Hub. We shall package these bubble splats for both reference
and training of world model systems such as Google's Genie Line - but specifically for simulating urban
physical development. Using our Architectural training and skill, we shall ensure a high quality data-set
capturing perfect coordination of both the human experiential scale and the zonal / regional scale of city
systems.
We believe that this dataset will be of most use in the training of useful world models for Physical
Environments of Developing Cities.
What if we could train a world model for every city — or every neighbourhood — and in that way create this digital environment — a playground for any solution regarding the area. While LLMs present a clear advantage of generalization by interfacing with the wider body of knowledge, we think that World Models may have to be "Place-Specific" for their utility to be unlocked.
